Welcome to Wikiwiki Triathlon.
Wikiwiki is a word from the Hawaiian language, meaning “fast” or “speed”. Hawaii has always been synonymous with triathlon, being the home of the Ironman World Championships since 1978. The iron distance triathlon is seen as the ultimate test of body, mind and spirit, seen by many as the gold standard event in triathlon. Wikiwiki Triathlon embeds the history and spirit of Hawaii with the passion, knowledge and experience of building speedier and faster athletes.
Wikiwiki Triathlon Membership
Membership of Wikiwiki Triathlon is open to anyone: whether you consider yourself to be a triathlete or not. At Wikiwiki Triathlon we recognise not everyone has access to a local club and some people find the idea a little intimidating. Others join clubs but cannot commit to rigid session times or get away from other life commitments.
If you already belong to a local triathlon club, you can use your Wikiwiki Triathlon membership to enhance your knowledge, take advantage of two lots of coaching sessions per week and enjoy unlimited access to exclusive content, partner discounts, tips, tools and advice to get the best from your season. There is no obligation to represent our tri team, it’s just a nice option for members who want to!
If you don’t belong to a local triathlon club, then you can enjoy all the benefits of being a Wikiwiki Triathlon member as listed above, and you can choose to race for our British Triathlon Federation affiliated triathlon team, wearing our award winning triathlon race kit if you want to.
Benefits of Wikiwiki Triathlon membership
Weekly Coached Sessions: Every week you will have access to brand new online club sessions hosted by a triathlon coach. These sessions will provide you with a structured swim, bike and run workout which you can do in your own time, when it suits you.
Exclusive Content: Unlimited access to all our video content including coached sessions, drill videos, training tools & tips and lots of extras to give you everything you need to succeed.
Member Forums: Unlimited access to the private members only area on wikiwikitri.com which will contain group forums where you can discuss training, racing and arrange your own meetups with other Wikiwiki Triathlon members.
Wikiwiki Tri Team: If you love what we do and what Wikiwiki Triathlon stands for then you can race for the BTF affiliated Wikiwiki Tri Team. If you race for your local team on the big day that’s OK, you can still wear our award winning team kit, training and leisure wear as you prepare!
Partner Discounts: Membership of Wikiwiki Triathlon affords you exclusive discounts from our selected partners. These discounts add further value to an outstanding low yearly subscription fee.
Don’t delay, Wikiwiki Triathlon is offering 50% off the first 100 memberships of 2019. This will be honoured for the lifetime of the membership, resulting in a cost of only £25 per year, for as long as your membership is active.
What Do We Stand For?
To create a membership that forges a global community of passionate triathletes who love our sport, help & encourage each other and inspire others to give triathlon a go, irrespective of who they are and where they come from.
We want to encourage people who don’t have a local club or triathlon community to be a part of ours. We want to empower others to fulfil their potential regardless of age, gender, disability, sex, race, religion or belief, sexual orientation or social status. We want to create a community that is inclusive, friendly and welcoming no matter what your ability and experience is.
